Brenna 10 Ch. 1

Chapter 1: And Then There Were Ten

In outer space around our Solar System a battle with 2 space ships was going on. The bigger one was going after the smaller one and the smaller one kept attacking it with minimal damage to it. That ship’s Captain an alien with a beard called Vilgax wants something called the Omnitrix. Vilgax thought that nobody can stand in his way of getting it.

Back on planet Earth, there is this bored girl named Brenna. She is a Tomboy who really hates school and wants to get out of there soon. She makes a paper airplane and throws it onto behind her teacher’s head. Then when the teacher looked back, she hid behind her textbook to make it look like she is reading.

3pm was almost here and Brenna knew it was getting close for her to get out of there. Finally the School bell rang and Brenna jumped for excitement and ran for the door. But her teacher stopped and wanted to talk to her about something and held Brenna’s paper airplane. Brenna sign and walked toward the teacher.
Outside in front of school, 2 bullies were closing in a fat boy student with glasses. The bullies made an offer not to beat him up if he gives them his money.

“Leave him alone!” shouted out Brenna toward the bullies. “Got lost you stupid girl” said one of the bullies. Brenna shouted at them again and then that turned their attention on her. “What if we don’t want to leave him alone?” asked one of the bullies. “What are you going to do about it Tennyson?” asked the other. The Brenna let out a war cry and charged toward the bullies.

The end result was that Brenna and the Fat Boy was hung on a branch in the nearby tree. “Good going girl” mocked the fat boy. “I was just trying to help” said Brenna. “Well next time you want to play hero, you should have backed it up!” said the fat boy. Then a RV pulls up in front of them. “Come on, let’s go for a summer camping trip!” called out Grandpa Max. “A little help here” said Brenna embarrassed being hung on the tree by her own panties.

Brenna went into the RV and was all excited to go on the trip with her grandfather. But then she saw a red-headed girl near her. Her name is Gwen and neither cousin liked each other that much. Brenna did not like she is girly and Gwen did not like her that she is such a tomboy. So there is no sister-like relationship between the two girls.

“Why is she with us Grandpa?” wondered Brenna. “I thought is would be fun to bring both of you girls to the summer camping trip together” answered Max. Brenna then went to take a seat with her cousin. They bicker with each other and Gwen had her own vacation planned out until Brenna kind of ruined it. “This is going to be a long summer” sighed Max.

They finally made it to the camping ground. Brenna and Gwen were sitting on a picnic table waiting for food. Then Grandpa Max brought a bowl of worm things. Brenna looked at the bowl of worms with disgust. “OK, what the heck are those things?” wondered Brenna. “Marinated Mealworms. They are hard to find fresh in the States” answered Max. “Could we have hamburgers or something?” asked Brenna. “Nonsense. This is going to be an adventure for your taste buds. I’ll go get the tongue” said Max and headed back into the RV. Brenna and Gwen tried to figure out what they have to eat to avoid the mealworms. But they figure they will not have enough to last them for the summer and sighed about it.

Back in outer space the battle between the small ship and big ship was still going on. Finally the big ship hit the smaller one and stopped it. Vilgax was preparing to board and then the small ship hit the bigger ship’s cockpit with Vilgax in it. Then the bigger ship released a big laser on the smaller one, destroying most of it. Then the small ship released a pod. Then the pot released a metal ball and it hurled toward Earth.

At the campsite both Brenna and Gwen were doing their own thing to occupy themselves. Brenna was playing on her portable gaming system while Gwen was checking stuff on her computer. Grandpa Max suggested a few things to both of the girls. But they were not interested and still bickered to each other. The Brenna got bored and decided to take a way on her own.

“Ah, Man. This is going to be the worse summer vacation ever” Brenna said to herself taking a walk in the woods. Then a shooting star was in the sky and Brenna saw it and though it was cool to see one. But it became not so cool when it changed direction and crashed near Brenna with her running and screaming from it and being knocked off her feet.

Then she got back on her feet and checks the crater. There was a metal ball there. She slipped and fell into the crater. The metal ball open and revived a watch in there. Brenna was curious of the watch and then it leaped and attaches itself on her right wrist. She was shocked off it and wanted it off of herself.

In the campsite, Max was concerned of his granddaughter in the woods. Gwen on the other hand hoped she never returns and would be dead, even though it was a half joke.

Brenna used a stick to ply off the Watch, but it did not work and was stuck on her. Then the watch glowed a little and the middle part popped up. She looked at the display and saw some humanoid figure shadow figure on it. She pressed down on the middle part and a transformation happen. Rocks were forming on her body and then flames shot all over her body. She panicked that she was on fire.

She kept running around in her new fire form. “What a minute. I’m on fire, but I am alive and OK” Then she was thinking of how to use her new form. She shot out a tiny fireball to a tree branch and it knocked it off. “This is so cool! I guess this is a new meaning and being hot” said Brenna to herself and giggled from the comment. Then she released a bigger fireball and knocked down more trees. But then flames were everywhere and she tired to put it out, but she is made of fire and she can’t put it out.

Back at the Tennyson’s campsite, Gwen notice d smoke from the forest. Grandpa figured it was a forest fire and someone dumb enough did it. Then they both realized Brenna is still in there and both got fire Exsenguishers and headed to the forest.

In the forest fire Gwen was putting out fires and by accident sprayed Brenna. Brenna turned around and Gwen stared at her fire form and screamed and hit Brenna hard. She tried to calm Gwen down but she was about to hit Brenna again. “Don’t even think about it freak” said Brenna.

“Brenna?” wondered Gwen. Then Brenna told the whole story of what happened to her and Grandpa Max finally comes to the picture.

Brenna tries to explain things again, but there was still a forest fire. Max then got an idea to use a back fire by starting a new fire and absorb the oxygen. Brenna then went a good distance from the fire and started a new one. The fire was out, but so was a good portion of the forest.

Back at Vilgax’s ship he is really severely injured from the battle and a good portion of his body gone. He is placed in a tank with some robots repairing his body. He was the Omnitrix very badly and sends out a robot.

In the Tennyson’s campsite they try to figure out Brenna’s alien watch and her alien fire form. She is worried she will never be human again. Then finally the watch clocks out and she is normal again. “Yes! I’m my beautiful self again!” cheered Brenna. Gwen just shakes her head on the comment. Then Max decides to check the crash site.

The robot Vilgax sent out lands near where the Omnitrix should have landed. It sees the empty metal ball and shoots it. Then from its shoulders sends out 2 search robots to find the Omnitrix, wherever it is.

Brenna is still curious about the watch and tries to use it again. But Gwen pops out and surprises her.  “Are you even curious about this watch?” asks Brenna. “No, not in the least” answers Gwen. “Are we even related?” wonders Brenna. Then the middle part of the Omnitrix pops up again and she slams down it and transforms to a four-legged hairy alien beast.
Gwen is pretty grossed of Brenna’s latest alien from and thinks since it was no eyes that she can’t see her. She picks out a stick and tries to whack Brenna, but with her sensor ability, she jumps out of the way and smiles at Gwen’s misfortune. Then she runs off to the forest.

Wildmutt as Brenna calls her new form swings from tree to tree. Then she senses something. The robot detects something and Brenna does a snuck attack on it. Then the Omnitrix clocks out and cheers for her victory. But the other search robot locks on Brenna and then gets whacked by Gwen with a shovel. Then the girls headed back to the campsite.

Grandpa Max is disappointed Brenna went on her own and was worried she could have gotten hurt or killed. But they need to learn about the Omnitrix fast. Then there is a radio signal picked up that a robot is attack and Brenna wants to help the people. Then the Tennysons headed for the scene of the action.

The Omnitrix is ready again and Brenna pounds on it. She transforms into a slim Crystal Humanoid Alien form. She was not sure what it does, but thinks it will be cool. Then the headed for the scene and Gwen and Max tries to rescue the people.
Diamondhead as Brenna calls her from gets the robot’s attention away from the people. The robot scans Brenna and finds out she has the Omnitrix and attack her. She tries her best to beat it with her new cutting abilities, but the robot is tough. The robot slices a tree and comes toward Gwen. Brenna comes to rescue her and slices the tree in half and Gwen agreed to call it even with her cousin.

After fighting the robot for a while, she finds out her skin deflects the robot’s laser beam. Then she throws out her palms and holds the laser beam. “What goes around comes around” said Brenna and directed the beam back at the robot and destroyed it. Max and Gwen cheer for Brenna and almost revived who she is and Brenna runs off.

In Vilgax’s ship, he is displeased he failed to get the Omnitrix this time. But he is going to make sure to get it someday.

At the Tennyson campsite, Max and Gwen were packing up all the camp gear. Then both wonder where Brenna is. Then a new slick alien form came call XLR8 and said she is indeed Brenna. Then she used her new speed to quickly put away the camp gear and then clock out. Then Grandpa and Gwen wondered where she was. She told them she had business to take care of.

Around a tree the 2 bullies Brenna tried to fight were now hanging on a tree. “How did we get up here?” said one of the bullies. “I don’t know it happened so fast” said the other. Both then tried to call for help, but nobody stopped to help them. This was turning out to be the best Summer Vacation for Brenna ever with the Omnitrix.
